“You Make Beautiful” was written out of the desire to encourage people that no matter what has happened in their lives – disappointments, fears, failures, heartaches, struggles – God can still make something beautiful out of them all. I pray that it ministers to you as much as it ministers to me. God’s love for us far surpasses who we are or what we have done. He specializes in turning our hopeless situations around when we completely surrender all our baggage to Him. The story of the little boy who gave his two fishes and fives loaves of bread to Jesus particularly resonates with me. I have seen it time and time again when all I had was a word from God and some faith but nothing substantial in the physical. I have often watched as I put my trust in God and have taken little steps of faith how God has blessed my little and turned it into something bountiful.
I’m forever thankful for my church family and CitiPraise, the worship team of The CityLight Church for giving me a nurturing environment to continue to grow as a music minister.

Sometime this year, I had an urge in my heart to release a sound from God’s heart that will inspire people towards His love. My dear husband, Gregory, encouraged me to write the song but I really didn’t get to working hard on it until my music mentors, Stacy Egbo and Dee Jones lovingly gave me a deadline to release the song. It then dawned on me that God wanted to do something bigger than I had thought because they all really believed that I could do it. Thanks for believing in me!
